The Raiders were an easy pick, but the Bills were a surprise. I knew they were really good this year, but I didn't think they were ready to upset the Patriots.Leave a comment:

Perhaps not the final score...but the win...yes...

The Raiders are slowly beginning to wake up after all these years...they look solid...the QB is still kinda shaky for me...but at least he was solid today...without making any interceptions.
Darren McFadden is a beast...

The Bears have a great tradition of winning and no can argue that they pretty much owned the 1930's and 1940's. I'm hoping to get my hands on a 1937 Redskins/Bears Championship program. I love the graphics on the cover (played in Chicago) and was the Redskins first Championship appearance and victory. That's why I hate the Giants and the Redskins! If not for those two teams the Bears would have far more then 9 championships.

The best era for the Bears were the 1940s. They dominated those years.

They won or were in more championship games then I can remember. The Redskins have won 3 Super Bowls, Appeared in 5, Won 2 NFL Championships, Appeared in 5 so 10 appearances is pretty darn good over a near 80 year history. Ironically, everyone thinks the Steelers are great but they are one of the oldest teams in the NFL and didn't win anything until the Superbowls started.

yep it's all good! just flipping you some trash!Yeah...that was a jaw dropping moment...I thought Boz was gonna stop him for sure...but he got railroaded.
Hey...we just talking trash in a friendly way...you and I are cool...
For all it's worth...I thought Jim Zorn was a great QB...too bad he didn't have the team behind him....for the franchise was brand new and just beginning...

but really the Hawks might be one of the worst teams this year...
Darren McFadden is killing it for me in FF...

I respect anyone who sticks by their team regardless. It has to be really hard to be a Detroit Lions or Arizona Cardinals fan. Two of the oldest franchises in the NFL and they have won one championship a piece (pre-Superbowl days) but nothing since. Around in my parts; it is hard to be a Redskins fan. I live in Western MD. where it seems to be split between Ravens, Redskins, and Steelers fans. I guess I am just old school and never jumped on the Ravens bandwagon. I grew up closer to D.C. than Baltimore when the Colts were around (there are still a ton of fans in the area who still follow them). My dad was so much a Redskins fan that I still remember if we were out of town; we would listen to the game on the radio or stop somewhere to watch the game. I have vague recollections of SB VII when I would have been 5 or 6 years old and my dad yelling at the TV in black and white more so than any other game. When I asked my mom about it; she said "yep, that was SB VII"Leave a comment:
