I remember back in the late 70 a lot of people put it down and wouldn't play it on the radio because they said it was racist ... "Funky China men" etc.

Glad to see it finally accepted today for what it is, a good feel-good super-catchie song

I've always liked that song. I can remember hearing it on the radio in the 70's when I lived in Sparks, Nevada.
