The guy with the arm is exactly what I think of when one mentions Steam Punk. Lot's of Copper/Brass along with cogs.

Yeah, when I think of "steam punk" I usually think of a kind of alternate universe Victorian era with more advanced technology than what our reality got. Cool apartment!
