It has been all over the news in the D.C. area. Some think it is a publicity stunt, others don't know. I blame the news media for this. It shouldn't even be a news worthy story. Their 15 minutes of fame are over and I would suspect that law enforcement is investigating this matter for the publicity issue and will bring charges against this couple for wasting their time.

One of my wife's best friends from high school was married to Neal Schon at one point. My wife actually went to the wedding. I had to work that day and was very unhappy about it. She divorced him a year or so later.

That must have been some job. Schon has worked with some of the best in the business. Started with Santana at 15, and turned down Clapton when asked to be in Derek and the Dominoes. I actually think he's been overshadowed by the success of Journey. I've seen him several times live and he's incredibly impressive. He's never been solo like Clapton and never headlined or lead a band like Santana or Van Halen does.

I think Hagar has had the same deal. He's incredible with a guitar and most people don't realize he did a lot of the guitar work while with Van Halen. Eddie did a lot with keyboards during that time. I think I would have gone to the wedding and not to work.

Personally I think this is a publicity stunt of her making. She seems to be the kind that needs to be in the limelight and the light was dimming.
