"Duel" - The New Quiz Show

Anyone watch it? You would think they would have learned from other failed shows that dragging on and on between questions is a major turn off for viewers. In the 1 1/2 hour show tonight, I think they may have asked twenty questions.

I noticed one time, they went to commercial just before revealing the answer to a question and the next commercial was just before revealing the answer to the next question.

It is a cool show, other than the dragging of their feet. Seems like they would have learned from the other failed prime time game shows in the last two years.

The commercials don't bother me, it is prime time and they got to pay the bills, what bothers me is how they drag out one question for 5 - 10 mins.

I missed the question: # of Branches of the Military + # of Branches of Government = ?

I thought the Coast Guard was part of the Navy, and not a branch of the Armed Forces

Yeah everyone was getting that one wrong,i told my wife don't forget the coast guard she was like are you sure? I was like yup and sure enough I got that one right

but yeah they did take forever to go thru questions,but man it felt like every 3 sec. there was a commercial,I didn't mind it in Deal or no deal,but it bothers me here
