To be completely honest...I don't think Mikey wanted to really sell his beloved Star Trek DVD collection...he advertised it out of pure necessity...I think with his donations...he would no longer need to sell his Trek DVDs.

Personally, I would hold off buying his DVDs until you get the official green light from Mikey himself...and not his niece.

However...donations are of course much appreciated.

But that's just me.

Hec, Thanks for your input. It was Mike's niece that recently contacted me on Mike's behalf. She wrote me in a PM here that she spoke with Mike for a brief and he wanted her to get back with me ASAP.

For me as mentioned earlier it is not about the merchandise at all. If I knew that Mike really wants to keep his DVD's he can as far as I am concerned. I will still send the money that I was going to send just because I am doing it for Mike and not his merchandise.

His niece contacted me again as a follow up and Mike really does want to sell them as he no longer wants them. Straight from the Horse's mouth so to speak.

I told her to tell Mike that if he changes his mind and decides at any time that he wants them back he can have them anytime he that he wants them.
