    T.V. Lineups that you miss...

    What T.V. night lineups from back in the day do you miss?

    For me it will always be Thursday nights on NBC.
    Cosby,Family Ties,Cheers, and Night Court.

    Saturday morning TV in the 70s (too many to list)

    Friday night TV in the 70s: Brady Bunch, Partridge Family, Room 222, Odd Couple, Love American Style

          At my grandmother's place on WPHL 17 until about '81, Spider-Man (Does whatever a spider can...), Speed Racer, Kimba, Space Giants & Ultra Man.

              EASY - Starsky & Hutch Saturday's at 9, Six Million Dollar man Sundays at 8 and Monday Night Football the next evening. Does it get any better?!!!!

                    Man...you beat me to it...that was almost exactly the same lineup I watched and loved as well (thrown in Astro Boy & Star Blazers in there as well)...only it was in Oakland, Ca...definitely the lineup I remember the most fondly...man...those were the days.

                      i loved the a team followed by riptide on tuesday nights starting at 8pm on nbc

                      i also loved thursday nights magnum pi followed by simon and simon!

                        If memory serves me right for one year....Wonder Woman , Charlies Angels and Starsky and Hutch

                        then around '92 in syndication Star Trek - The Next Generation, Star Trek - Deep Space Nine then turn to ABC for The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.

                          My wife and I used to watch one of our local PBS stations on Saturday nights as they would run 3 episodes of Star Trek TOS back to back. After each episode some guy would be on who called himself the Star Gazer and he would tell us "interesting" tidbits about the stars accompanied by some cheesy music. I miss those.

                            ABC'S Friday death slot where shows that were either going to be cancelled or they were or unsure of went it would change a lot

                            My Fav: Brady Bunch,Partridge Family,The Six Million dollar man(before it was moved to Sundays)

                              Back in the 80's my local PBS had a Sat. night line-up I always watched starting about 8:00PM

                              New Yankee Workshop
                              This Old House
                              Classic Doctor Who

                              To this day, everytime I see a classic Doctor Who I think of the This Old House theme song
