I collect Redline era Hot Wheels cars, tracks, and accessories. I collect vintage Viewmaster stuff, some sports memorabilia (mostly Chicago Bears, we have season tickets), a few vintage tools, first edition books, and other odds and ends. Maggy and I have a collector's mentality I guess.
I also collect vintage motorcycles. Mainly the Kawasaki triples. I believe I have 20 bikes now. Here's a few pictures (thumbnails) of some of them. Some of the bikes shown are different now. The KZ900 has a new stock seat, header, handlebars, and paint. I switched the bodywork on two of the 500s (one has a highly modified 750 engine). And some are now in the stages of restoration.
"Never take a person's dignity: it is worth everything to them, and nothing to you." - Frank Barron
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I love costuming. I currently have costumes for Spiderman, Spiderman 2099, silver age Iron Man, WW2 Red Skull, 1930's Buck Rogers(similar to 12 " GO Hero), Dark Knight Batman, Zombieland Clown, Captain America, white Stormtrooper x 3, black Stormtrooper, Clone Wars Commander Gree, Kashyyk Clone Trooper, and the makings of about 4 more. But, I love to build them more than I love to wear them.
My other hobbies include Baseball Card collecting, I have every Topps regular set since 1976 when I started collecting. I play guitar and love music. My kids and I go fishing, I started both of them when they were 3 years old. I coach my daughters soccer team. Basically anything to do with being with the family no matter what that might be.
1964 GI Joe, doggies, turtles, movie serials, 50's horror and sci Fi movies, 66 BATMAN!!, horticulture and in particular getting my yard to all FLA native plants and trees. MST3K 9 inch action figure customizing.
I love watching all types of Movies, but I especially like movies made by the Shaw Brothers. I collect other vintage toys including Six Million Dollar Man and Star Wars. I also like Aurora Monster models and collecting non-sport trading cards like Mars Attacks and Lost in Space. I listen to music and surf the web. Last but not least I like hanging out with my girlfriend and visting the MEGO Museum daily.

1) I'm into records--with special emphasis on weird privately pressed recordings from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The more obscure and bizarre the better. But I also collect "normal" records too!
2) Vintage clothing--with special emphasis on old work wear. I dig old Levi's, Red Wing boots, T-shirts, sweatshirts, chambray shirts, military pieces etc etc.
3) Vintage stuff in general. My house is filled with all kinds of crap--Vornado fans, Starburst clocks, 70s space age electronic stuff. I'm also into pre war Indian trade blankets.
I suppose ultimately my main life interest is junk shopping. Every week I spend many, many hours at estate sales, flea markets, yard sales, auctions etc etc. looking for interesting items to bring home. It's funny--I LOVE going junk shopping but can't stand regular retail shopping. I loathe shopping malls, wal marts, targets, best buys etc etc.
Just bought POTA viewmaster slides from the TV series.
View-Master is one area of collecting that's extremely reasonable. Having said that, I've never been able to get PotA for a price I'm content with. You can get Batman or Star Trek for a song, compared to PotA. Or maybe my luck's just not there for this set. Glad you got them, though, bluebird! I see you're from the UK--I wonder is GAF had any cool UK exclusives? Any idea?
