If you are going by the actions of certain idiotic people...you should've moved to another planet decades ago...

Yeah, if only Krypton wouldn't have exploded. But then again had that happened we wouldn't have Superman. So I guess you gotta take the good with the bad.

So with that said how about instead of us leaving this rock we bundle up all of the nutballs such as the ones you've mentioned and send them to the spot where Krypton used to be. Put 'em on one of the retired space shuttles... launch 'em... point 'em in the general direction and then go on with our lives.

As for the legions of men who're infatuated with her, I'm not shocked. Ted Bundy had legions of women who wanted him after he got caught, as did Richard Ramirez. People were always attracted to the "bad boy" or "bad girl". At least some, that is.

My whole issue is this: there are a lot of talented people who work hard to get recognition (artists, writers, musicians, etc.), but many of them die unknown. Then people who did absolutely nothing in life because rich and famous. This not only goes for her, but even for people like Joey Buttafucco, Amy Fisher and even jerks like those Jersey Shore gudios.

Then again, you know what? I find the fact that the so-called "good guys" profit from these crimes more than the criminals to be even more disgusting.

Nancy Grace, Vincent Bugliosi (DA in the Manson trial), Geraldo and even John Walsh. All these people talk about "the scum", "the blood shed" and the horrible acts committed....yet it's what buys their mansions, sports cars, etc.

Like Charlie Manson says: "they're selling your blood".

I'd tell Charlie I'm cool with lawmen profitting from their work...
however, I am NOT cool with criminals who don't take responsibility
              for their crimes.

it's a fact of life, there will always be misguided idiots out there who send their money to those who are undeserving of it.
I love the article in the paper today that her life is in danger and she would be foolish to do the talk show circuit right now because a "small" group of people wish to do her bodily harm

Not to take anything away from this nuttiness but, I heard that the jurors who acquitted her are receiving death threats. It is insane all the way around. Apparently, there were 2 jurors who voted "guilty" initially but were talked out of it. Had they held their ground; it would have been a hung jury and the opportunity would have presented itself to retry the case. I mentioned that I served on a jury involving alleged bankruptcy fraud years ago which was a criminal case. I have no doubt the accused was guilty but two jurors would not convict and nothing could be said to them, no evidence or different points of view changed their opinion and ended up in a hung jury. Even though I think they were wrong; I do give them credit for standing their ground. I also have a better appreciation for our legal system after having served as a juror on a criminal case. It isn't a perfect system and definitely favors the defendant all the time but I'll take seeming injustices like this to live in a country that is free. I do think she will get her just desserts at some point if she is involved and whether or not she cares; she has to live the rest of her life knowing what happened and her involvement.

My wife and I have a bet as to how long before she gets picked up on another crime. I gave her 5 years, but my wife says I am incredibly optimistic.

                              From Florida?

This kind of stuff is in every state unless you want to move to the Dakotas, Montana, or Wyoming and go through culture shock of how different people live in the U.S.

I went through it when we bought a vacation home in West Virginia. It is even in a tourist type town which attracts skiiers, hikers, etc. but the lifestyle and culture is nothing like I am accustomed to in Maryland (and we are only a 3 hour drive away). I feel very strange walking into the local grocery store and know that the employees are staring at me because I don't look like a local even though I have owned a vacation home in the area for 5 years and recognize the employees there.
