Need help finding a 70's pop song ......

There's a 70's pop song I haven't heard in years ... probably decades.

Anyway, trying to locate it just using the few memories I have of it.

The song starts with a solo acoustic guitar almost like Sister Golden Hair

Most of the song has a lot of keyboard ......

My Swiss cheese memory kind of remembers the guy saying "privacy" as the main part ... but saying it like pry-va-seeee (3 syllables)

I don't think it's by anybody popular but they did play it a lot on the radio back in the day.

Any idea's ?

Not a lot to go on, but what I've done is typically Google just a few words of the lyrics if you can recall them, and it comes up if you use quotes around the words sung in sequence like a phrase..

My wife's brother gave us a nice mix CD of Christmas blues music, and the wife and I listened to some lines, then typed 'em in at Google to figure out their names and who sang them.

I think "privacy" isn't even in the song ... it's probably a misheard lyric on my part.

Was it early, mid, or late 70's? I know you said Pop song, but by saying pop, some mean disco-ish, others seem to even say love songs are pop. Is it a slow song, mid, fast moving? A male huh? Was it a hit on the radio? Need more info to help, but hope you find what you seek. I know that feeling as I get that alot being a big fan of music.
