As I have stated, my wife is a dental hygienist and knows practically as much as a dentist. There are good ones and bad ones which is why I recommended a 2nd opinion the first go round. I don't know about anyone else but I have been charged $100's on a doctor visit for something that takes 2 minutes. Pulling a tooth takes more than 2 minutes unless you don't take novacaine. Plus, pulling teeth should be a rarity these days. I know it is PIA but I do floss at least every other day and brush my teeth twice a day minimum.
