My husband was going to drive me and the family down, but now he doesn't want to make the effort. i want to buy tickets but EVERYONE in my family is against me flying down to San Diego just so I can get my ape on. I have been experiencing major suckage in my life. Major suckage.

I don't trust myself to drive 10 hours. I am thinking I may just do that. Major suckage. Sometimes it's quite maddening to be in my predicament.

That or just pay for airfare for me and Nerissa. I may just do that, but doing so is going to create a rift...plus even the piano teacher says to stay home and make sure the kids are practicing. Nobody gets it!!

You Could drive down to San Diego Comic Con with one of your kids.But I heard tickets are totally sold out.unless your willing to buy from Scalpers

Take the Train!! That's what I do! Amtrak train will take you to downtown SD, as for tickets, SDCC usually puts up tickets on ebay for cost the week before!

Have a great time! Isnt there a cable channel covering much of comic con 2011? Anybody know what station/network?

I never been to a comic con, if my health allows then its in my future. I wanted to go this year to check out the new -Outer space men. If anybody see's them , please , please take pics. I tried to buy a set but they sold out in a few hrs. So now the same set for 40 bucks is selling for like 100 on ebay.
