It's legal, but certainly not right... I do see that folks would think it's kinda hypocritical, but he's just a cheating jerk not a criminal.

Oddly though she kinda looks a lot like his wife..

Wouldn't it have been funny if a reporter and cameras all converged on him? "So...CHRIS... what are YOU doing here?"

He must have known something was up when he walked into his kitchen and found brownies and lemonade on the table.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

              Everything else is just nonsense.

Of course this whole "sting" was done by the National Enquirer, so it's probably all bogus any damn way. The guy went to dinner with a collegue... Unless this video has them making out or something, it's probably more of the Enquirer's usual BS and the internet is just jumping all over it because they think it's funny and hypocritical, even if it's not.
I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the Enquirer as bogus. Remember they are the ones who broke the John Edwards love child story complete with footage of him walking out of the woman's hotel room, similar to Hansen walking out of this woman's apartment the next morning.

"Credible" news outlets didn't want to buy the Enq being right until John admitted it. The Enq does their work well most of the time...now...

How's this for a shocking statistic....somewhere between 50-60% of married couples have one spouse who has been involved in an extramarital affair. Assuming this stat is true....add up all the married members and divide by two and that will give you a rough idea of how many on this board have had or a spouse who has been involved in an extramarital affair. Pretty sobering and sad.

Yep, tabloids are 90% right. Thats why the Men in Black use them:

I think National Enquirer gets lucky because of 2 things:

                                1. Many celebs/personalitys/public figures are up to something at any given time. They will eventually get caught.

                                2. With so many photogs/videographers out there, they are going to catch a lot of these people when they do something wrong. The law of averages is against the celebs/personality's/public figures.

Many people have sued National Enquirer for libel and won big money damages like Carol Burnett, for instance. The Enquirer has "scooped" mainstream press in some scandals but I wouldn't necessarily call that real investigative journalism.

The Enquirer also pays for tips, something mainstream news organizations frown upon. In the Elizabeth Smart case, a story was retracted after it was discovered paid informants had sold The Enquirer false information. I would say the Enquirer's ability to "break" real news is less than 50/50.
