Question For European Members (or those who ship to them)

Any idea what the shipping price for, oh say... a boxed Capt Americar would be from America to France? And what is the best method of shipping from the U.S.?

you can send first class for probably around $15, but you will have NO tracking and NO insurance on the item. So you are out of luck if you have a problem.
USPS priority (as long as it is not a small video type box) has tracking and insurance. That usually starts somewhere in the 25-28 dollar range, tho.

    good luck with it.

So far, in 9 years of ordering from the US, I've only had one package go missing on about 200. That was a DVD.
So in my experience, it's a pretty safe way, even without insurance.

To Poland, Id say $15 in a small box, bubble wrapped. Ive had cheaper, I always wonder, is it dependant from which state its being sent from?

I don't know, i went to ship out a Loose 12" vintage Joe priority to canada and they were asking $30 in one of their priority international shipping boxes, so i'd figure to france it'd be a little more...but I'm going by what they told me the other day, i went with first class for $10 and $12 for registered mail

The package actually getting lost is not the only issue one can have. If you have a dishonest buyer who claims you never sent the item and paid you via Paypal....... There is no way to track the package with first class. You can only find out if it passed through US customs.

That is true. I sometimes forget that some buyers are just plain dishonest. I've read enough horror stories here to know that. They're messing it all up for the rest of us...
