I'm actually really looking forward to The Spiderwick Chronicles, and of course Indiana Jones.

Yeah, saw a trailer for Spiderwick and it looks pretty neat-o. Kinda like the Neverending Story, only, ya know, good.

We saw the Spiderwick trailer in front of Bee Movie. My wife said it looked pretty faithful to the books, which are apparently becoming the new Harry Potter type phenomenon. She's a librarian, and says they can't keep those books in.

Nope, several of the later Bonds weren't Fleming at all.

the only question now is how long before true remakes of the older stories are done.

The only I'm really looking forward to so far is The Dark Knight. But I'm sure there will be more.

The movie I'm most looking forward to is the film adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk's novel Choke.

I've got an essay in a soon to be published book on the works of Chuck Palahniuk. It'll be on the shelves around the same time as the movie's out, so I'm hoping the movie will help the sales!

Awesome, garagesale -- I love CP's work. I had no idea Choke was coming out next year. And I'm quite impressed you've got an essay soon-to-be-published on his work!

My Mum actually picked the books up for me one day, because I loved fairies as a child, and she thought the books were "neat looking". The illustrations are actually amazing (the illustrator had been inspired by Arthur Rackham). So I read the five in a few hours, and really enjoyed them. It's fun to be a kid again, and read those types of books. Now I just need to find someone who will go with me to see the movie
