    music question

    So;

    This is a weird one. Does anyone know how to write out; in proper musical notiation, the little "you're dead" ditty used in old cartoons? The "dum dum da-dum dum da-dumdum dum dum dum" one? Preferably in simplest form: single notes on a bar kind of thing.

      Glad that was cleared up. I was going to ask if the reference was to the music played whenever Dearth Vader enters a room.

        Nyahahaaaa! Once again you have solved a weird music related riddle for me:

        http://www.8notes.com/scores/9870.asp

        Now I gotta rely on my meager musical knowledge to pare it down.... but there it is!

        >I was going to ask if the reference was to the music played whenever Dearth Vader enters a room

        That's the Imperial March, and now that you mention it.... it's pretty close.
