Awww man one of the Greats saw Harmon Play when I was a kid against the Yankees back at the original Stadium. Great power hitter kinda got unnoticed cause he didn't play in a major city but he put up great numbers with the twins may he rest in peace....

My building is right next to Target Field- I walked over there this afternoon to visit his statue at the entrance... It was weirdly quiet- maybe one or two people ther at a time... I honestly thought the plaza would be mobbed. The other prominent statue in the plaza is Kirby Puckett... makes the place a little eerie now.

He could hit balls to the moon that's how strong he was he had arms like tree trunks .He was a classy man. I remember liking the Twins because of him first then of course it was Kirby Puckett. I always rooted for the Twins when they made it to the Series still like them now....even though my Yanks stop them in the playoffs...
