My Mom already owned this one...and it's what made me a lifetime Elvis fan.

Great question. I am trying to go back in time and remember which was the first one I purchased as opposed to a gift. I know Kiss Alive II was the first album I received as a gift. It is going to be a toss up between Kiss Destroyer or Michael Jackson "Off the Wall". I know I was in 5th grade, one bought and one a gift but can't remember which was which but I would probably lean toward Kiss Destroyer since that was my favorite band back then. I definitely remember first cassette purchase was The Police-Synchronicity and first CD-Genesis three sides live. I also remember buying lot's of inexpensive vinyl of overstock.

KISS Alive II.
I remember because I had borrowed Love Gun and Alive II from a friend.
The tunes, artwork, and inserts were cool.
I then had to give em back; so I went and bought Alive II.
It was a re-release and did not have any of the original inserts (Thanks Polygram).
I then started hunting for originals and got em all.
My first store-bought CD was, Turbo Lover by Judas Priest.
I never bought LPs back in the day ... just cassettes. I think I nabbed a few LPs at a flea market back in 92/93 of misc. star wars music. I do know my first cassette I bought was Survivor's Eye of the Tiger LOL.
