Don't think it's a sequel...just a lot like The Professional. I love Besson's movies...but I think he needs to explore different types of movies. I thought he was going to do that when he did Fifth Element. Huge Nikita fan and find it kind of amusing that Michael Vartan is in this movie. He was Jennifer Garner's love interest in Alias which was a direct rip off of La Femme Nikita TV Series. BTW, if you want to see a great TV series watch Nikita the WB series. I thought it wasn't going to compare to the original...but with tonight's episode it has put itself on the same level as the original series.
