The only thing I ever find at thrift stores is disappointment.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
i know what you're referencing, but this is almost 3 foot by 3 foot. I've had a ton of the small carnival mirrors, but I haven't seen anything this big outside of a music store display. did they give away "giant" carnival mirrors?
I'm sure it's not anything worth going nuts over, but seeing as how I was maybe 2 years old when it was made, and considering their musical standing, I see a certain camp value in a giant mirror of this type.

fun times.
So it's kinda like my sofa sized stained glass window of the Spice Girls?
The amusment park I used to frequent, and later worked at, had a game that gave away 12" x 12" mirrors but nothing that big. They were all color too. Best one I ever got was the J Geils Freeze Frame album. I believe it's still at my Mom's house somewhere. I would have popped on that H and O mirror. Huge fan, seen em 4 or 5 times and always awesome.
If it's 3' x 3' it's most likely a promo ad piece for the LP. When I ran the music departments at both The Wiz and Circuit City they would send us posters and Lexan Light posters to put into light boxes. Still have a few I took home with me. Very cool piece. Depending on which chain store it came out of, most likely a Record World or Sam Goody's, you could be looking at maybe 200 - 300 run on those promo's of which maybe less than 50 survived. You have to remember record store stuff was destroyed after the promo period was over. I was supposed to throw the Lexan Light Posters away...but the collector in me just couldn't

H&O's Best of CD is in regular rotation in the family truckster. I need to get my hands on a DVD of them. I'm glad they've stayed together all this time.

Steve, do you have the German Import 2 CD set?? That's a greatest hits package.
