Gotta 1200 SqFt little place in an old part of OKC. I rent it to a single, retired gentleman. He's legally blind, but he keeps his martial arts equipment in the spare bedroom as a workout studio. He's Dare-Devil.

My personal opinion...keep it if you can afford it. I have been married almost 20 years and can say from experience that if I could go back in time and knew I had a seperate place....I would keep it.
My wife hates collectibles and most of my stuff is in offsite storage. I guess it really depends on your wife's attitude towards it. Slowly but surely; I have built a mancave in the basement surrounded by some of the items I treasure and hope to move the rest of the items in the next year or two. I have made a habit over the past year or so to spend every Friday night in the mancave so I can stay up as late as I want, catch up on reading, movies, or this website...not sure if this is a great solution. My wife hasn't condoned it but hasn't complained either. She goes to bed around 9 pm which is fine with me since I am in bed by 10 or 11 most nights and use Friday night as my night to catch up on life."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."
