      Megoat - Sorry, I don't mean to sound argumentative - I think what you're saying makes a lot of sense - I should play my records more anyway!

      I'll give the t-shirt formula a shot when it's time to replace my stuff!

        Tried the wood glue cleaning method and have to say that it works. Tried it on a Sam Cooke record "Twistin' The Night Away". I wish I had a way to post a before and after...but I don't think I can do that on picassa...and that's the only space I have on the net. If anyone has any suggestions on how to post a before and after audio let me know. The wood glue cleaning method does work. Just have to get used to how much to put on the record. If it's too thin a coat it tends to peel up in pieces which is a royal pain in the you know to finish peeling.
