What is going on with Captain America?
Last I heard Captain America died. Then I read Fear Itself #1 and I see Steve is alive. So What happened?

He's back but for some reason he continued to let his friend Bucky (who came back from the dead) remain Captain America. So now Steve Rogers is known as the Super Soldier. Pretty lame huh?More custom Mego madness on Facebook right here...

Much like batman's "death" at the same time, Steve was trapped back in time or paradox loop thingamabob.
He's now heading up SHIELD, which is why he's not cap, but will be regaining the cap identity during Fear Itself, and starting a new first issue to coincide with the movie.Comment

Go get the Captain America trades written by Ed Brubaker. Fantastic stuff. I was never a cap reader before but have been hooked since he took over a few years ago.Comment
