Maybe Deek would know. He cleans Mego clothing. He might have an idea.

Hopefully this link works. I usually don't fool around too much with this type of stuff. My experience is less is more. Maybe try some of the less harsh suggestions in a very small inconspicous spot?

I thought it was wood. If it is cloth (wool), I wouldn't bother taking it to the dry cleaners. I already had a bad experience with a wool pennant that was promised to be handled with the best care only to see the graphics completely ruined. If it is wool, I would think a Woolite bath would do the trick but double check the bottle. I probably would take a soft bristle tooth brush and gently brush the stained areas, air dry and repeat a couple of times if necessary. Wrinkles are easy to get out with an iron...just place it on low heat and place a neutral color towel (no chance of color transfer to the cloth) between the iron and your item. I do this all the time with old pennants and have never had a problem with it. Again, less is more. If you start the process and it appears like something bad is starting to happen, stop immediately and just live with the stain.

American Pickers would say leave it alone because age wear makes it appealing.

If you want it to look like new, scan it, clean it up in photoshop and have it reprinted.
