Check the size of these Hailstones that landed on me

And when I say they landed on me, I mean me personally. I'm used to bad weather in the summertime around south Alabama, but I've never seen anything like this in March. A fairly warm weather system rolled off the gulf this afternoon and whipped up a storm like I've never seen. Winds gusted at 40-50 MPH and then the bottom dropped out.

I ran outside to cover up my car and got pummeled by these things...

They hurt when they hit at free fall speeds!!!!

Oooh! I hope there's no damage to your home or car! (or your head!)

I've got a swollen knuckle where one hit me pretty good, but no damage to the head. If you knew me, it might be hard to tell.

They hit hard enough to bust windshields. I'd rather they hit my head than my windshield.

Dude, you need to get checked for a cuncussion. I was hit by a freak storm while loading planes in the early nineties with 70 mph winds plus hail. It was like someone shooting me with a BB gun. However, those are the biggest hailstones I've ever seen. Contact National Geographic with that pic. That's both scary and awesome at the same time.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

I've never seen hail like that before. I thought it was roundish, not spiked! I'm with Russ on the pea sized hail.

We got some bad thunderstorms up here in the northern end of the state but didn't have anything like that.
