I went to the new big box mall tonight just to see if there were any leftover scraps. I usually buy everything online, but I still like to go out because it's fun to watch the people frantically shop, and then I have absolutely no pressure to buy anything or stand in line.
I stopped at this new store called Five Below, which is a youth oriented dollar store where everything is $5 or less. They had some action figures in their circular, so I thought I'd poke around. Something caught my eye in the toy aisle... they had two pegs full of Batman Animated series Duo Force Riddlers. I turned it over and the copyright date on the card was 1997. It's nothing spectacular, but it's really weird to run into ten year old toys at a dollar store.
Ten years since that came out... I'm old.
