Silly one touch button on ebay

Put a bid on a 13" Golden age Green lantern--was outbid then there was that button-I think it said "one touch bid".

I never took much notice of it before--but for some reason, although I was at the limit at what I actually wanted to bid--I hit it!!

I dont regret it but, it its just one of those Why?? kinda things

But it will look good beside my custom one anyways.

The Ebay button is just a way to create an emotional reaction from you...you bid and the proxy bid outbids you and gives a quick opportunity to place another bid before your head is thinking straight. That's partly why I snipe and only snipe. I place the most I am willing to pay and forget it. If someone else beats me, I get over it and move on.
