I am SOOOO sick of this rain!

It has been raining here in the Bay Area for the better part of 3 weeks. We've had some good days, but for the most part, it's been pouring. My kids are SOOO stir crazy. It's making them cranky, which is making the teachers cranky. And gloomy weather just makes people feel gloomy. We need the sunshine.

    I WANT SOME SPRING!!!

I love the rain. It's beautiful.

What I will hate is when spring comes, my hayfever will be really bad because of the heavy rains which make more grass...I am not looking forward to that.

Everything was going nicely as of last week here in Southern Ontario. It was warm, sunny, the air had that spring is coming smell. I downgraded to a lighter jacket. Then yesterday...BAM! Horrible Snow Storm from H E double hockey sticks! Now its all cold and snowy and depressing again.

We haven't had rain in close to 2 weeks now. Pollen is everywhere now that spring has sprung here. My gray truck is yellow. But at least it doesn't bother me like it does others, my wife included. But I'd certainly love a spring rain shower to wash my truck off.

Crazy weather in Maryland. Last Friday it was 80+, Saturday 70 or so, Sunday dropped into the low 60's, Monday back to the 50', rain the last couple of days and below 50....everyone is getting sick from the crazy back and forth weather.

I left work at 9:45 last night and had to scrape the ice off my windshield.

Yeah, I was out riding the Harley last Friday after work in that 80 degree weather. Then, the last two mornings it was 34 and snow on my windshield. I am about ready to scream.

Yeah it was in the mid to upper 70's here in Louisville for the better part of a week. Then a cold front blew in and we're going to have highs only in upper 40's to low 50's for the next week...with rain of course. Strange season for most of us...

I was down in your part of the World in mid-January. For me it was like a day in June.

Except June days here stay light out until 11 PM. Gloriously long days.

Right now it's 27ºF. I'd trade it for rain in a heartbeat.

                              Agreed.

Rain is life...rain makes everything green...grows food...provides our drinking water...showers...makes electricity...etc...plus I love the sound of it at night...and the smell of the wet dirt...I love it.

                              Don't want rain?
