any chance of finding megos at a garbage mountain?

hey guys, I was going thru ebay and I saw someone who had listed some old dolls that she found in an old garbage dump mountain..my question is, do you think it's possible that their are still surviving megos like prototypes,damaged stuff and things that the mego corp threw away? is there a way of tracking where garbage trucks use to dump during the mego years?


I know it's crazy, but could you imagine finding something like that?

I have often had the same thought about other items but the problem, besides having to dig in garbage, would be that the item is most likely crushed/destroyed beyond use.
