Have you tried updating your Flash Player? If not try that first.

I've had this problem before too. Clear your cookies."Do you believe, you believe in magic?

I just checked both computers here at work and no problems viewing videos on Youtube. Both are running Firefox browsers that I set up since I have become the IT guy here.

for the last few days it would not even give me a play button. All my cookies, cache and history were cleared out. Every add on for IE or Firefox are up to date. removed and reloaded Flush (I mean flash) and nothing. I even loaded Google Chrome and still nothing. Did not work last night. Did absolutely nothing to the computer and now it works. A search on the net revealed several people having the same problem.
Too bad their own help solution did not work!
