The annual gas price thread

Everytime I go crazy thinking about gas prices...I immediately think of how much worse it is in England, Australia, etc. I guess besides import, a lot of it has to do with additional taxes added on to gas? One good thing abut the UK is most cars seem to be small to medium so gas efficient. I'd drive one myself if I felt safe but until the trucks and other monster SUV's start coming off the road, I'll go for less gas mileage and continue to drive my mid-size SUV.

I can't complain...my fellow European Megoheads pay a LOT more...so I feel their pain...and that's why I shouldn't complain too much.

Having said that...

...Venezuela...current gas price is 8.5 cents a gallon...yes...8.5 cents a gallon...BY FAR...the cheapest in the world...
