This is one of my favorite times of year. Not only is the nasty winter weather about over with here in the Midwest, but it is also Girl Scout cookie sales time.

I was recently mobbed by a bunch of Girl Scout's standing outside a local store as my gf and I started to enter. Naturally, I bought up a bunch of those good old Girl Scout cookies to help the cause.


BTW - My favorite is the Peanut Butter sandwich

What are the round ones that are shortbread with all of the goodies on top? (Nuts, coconut, etc..) Some bakeries call them "Monster cookies", and around here they call them "Ranger cookies".... ?
