So is Charlie Sheen off his rocker?

I've seen a number of his interviews the last few days, including last night's ABC spectacle. I have to say, I have never seen a guy so strung out. The whole time I was watching this interview, I kept wincing, thinking, "Oh, Charlie you'll regret that remark...oh and that one...that one...Can we have a do over here?" That guy is just gone. Police came in overnight and took his kids too. I was wondering when the authorities might consider his kids at risk.
    Here's the story...

It is actually normal behaivior for a coke/crack user. I know because I lived it. Could be a while till he hits bottom. Folks with fame and cash always have other people to clean up after them, not to mention it will be some time before he is flirting with homelessness.
The only question now is weither he will have a moment of sanity before the the disease of addiction kills him.

^ Exactly my thoughts. (Type3Toys) With so much BREAD around him, all the enablers are there like his court jesters...hop down to North Hollywood and grab a few 8-balls, then swing by the 'gents club' for a few teenage prostitutes. Ahhhhhh well....same old sad story that goes back to the roots of the film industry.....W.C. Field's tragic drunken lifestyle, several cast members from SNL that spun-out, and even the sad death of Bela Lugosi.

I really haven't followed the story too much but did see a news piece last night that suggested that Charlie Sheen suffers from Bipolar Disorder which is a very real mental disorder. Drug and alcohol abuse are not uncommon but in looking at what he was saying, were classic signs of a mental disorder. Sometimes drug abuse can mimic mental health disorders but I did think the psychiatrist who was discussing some of the comments in his recent interviews along with things that have occurred in the past seem to point in that direction.

^ These are good points, and he may very well have a mental illness coupled with his addiction(s), this is often the case. However, rather he has Bi-Polar Disorder or not, if a homeless man can go to his local Community Resources center and get free addiction/mental health counseling, shouldnt Charlie be able to as well, especially with all of his millions and resources?

All I am saying is man-UP and take care of yourself....I lived as a homeless drunk/drug addict for several months and I got up and OUT of it...and I'm certainly not a millionaire....

He's got Atlas DNA and Tiger blood....he is Indestructible.

Seriously though...my wife and I were watching the 20/20 interview last night and I finally just looked at her and said "Sheen is going to die. Either he is going to OD or someone is going to kill him (like the next porn star he attacks)."

I had no idea he was "dating" Bree Olson though

                I like Charlie Sheen

He's the kind of person you just can't hate

Shame he probably will die way before his time

BTW, you never hear about his brother anymore.

Last time I seen EE was on a talk show and he got a little fat.

I have nothing against him...he's a little out there...but as long as he doesn't hurt anybody else...he's fine by me.

Totally agree...as much of a train wreck he has turned out to be the past few weeks the man can act, has made a ton of money for CBS, and is living the rock star life which he bluntly points out every american male would love to live. Minus the staying up for 7 straight days. But he is staying out of everyones way but his own.

BTW...I said it was fine by me...and only ME.

I ain't talking about kids, drug addicts...or any of that stuff...I can't relate to that because I don't do drugs...nor make babies (meaning, I'm not a parent).

So whatever Charlie Sheen does...is none of my business.

Paul McCartney used to talk bigtime about his use of pot and nobody cared.

Of course pot isn't nowhere near in the same catagory as crack, but it's still an illegal drug but everyone let's Paul slide (except the Japanese)

Not if you have a prescription for medical marijuana...especially here in Northern California...
