I Just Finished 'The Rockford Files' S2; Lots of Guest Stars!

    Hello, Everyone.

Well, I just finished watching the second season of "The Rockford Files". I'm really enjoying the show! I didn't watch it as a kid, then found I liked it when TV Land aired some eps awhile back.

The second season, like the first season I posted about before, had some bloopers. One notable one: In part 1 of the episode called 'Gearjammers', a Monte Carlo begins the ep missing its drivers side front hubcap. It's missing even BEFORE a hubcap is lost in a car chase later on. Then, the ds rear hubcap is missing, and then the ds front one flies off in a chase only to have the ds front one back on! LOL! Another blooper: when Jim's Firebird explodes, they blew up an older model and were foolish enough to film it from the back and the tail lights are different.

There were a lot of guest stars in Season 2. Here are some I saw:

    1. Linda Evans (of Dynasty)
    2. Gerald McRaney (of Simon and Simon)
    3. Reb Brown (of the Capt American in the TV movies)
    4. Michael Conrad (of Hill Street Blues)
    5. Robert Hays (of the movie Airplane)
    6. Stefanie Powers (of Hart to Hart)
    7. Joan Van Ark (of Knots Landing)
    8. Blair Brown (of TV and films)
    9. Isaac Hayes (sang the Shaft theme)
    10. Rob Reiner (of All In The Family)
    11. Dick Butkus
    12. Cynthia Sikes (of St. Elsewhere)
    13. Joseph Campanelli (of One Day At A Time and others)
    14. William Daniels (of St. Elsewhere and Knight Rider)
    15. Ron Silver (of Garbo Talks and others)
    16. Lou Gosset, Jr. (of Enemy Mine and Officer And A Gentlemen)
    17. The actor who played "Larry Tate" on the TV series Bewitched
    18. Susan Strasberg
    19. Veronica Hamel (of Hill Street Blues)
    20. The actor who played the reporter chasing Bill Bixby in the TV series Incredible Hulk
    21. Gordon Jump (of WKRP In Cincinnati and others)

I highly recommend the series. I'm onto season 3 now!

^ I know what you mean, Mitch. It's sort of a nostalgic feeling I get when I watch shows from "back in the day".
