Who's not going to watch the Oscars Today?

Didn't watch it, and when you see that a film as great as Winter's Bone won nothing explains why I didn't.

I used to watch every year, but having kids meant not enough time to watch all the movies that come out, and the ones I like rarely get considered, so not so much interest anymore.

Did Anne Hathaway and James Franco REALLY host this year? Weird.

I did watch most of it. Franco seemed a little stiff as host. Hathaway seemed to actually be having fun hosting. She did a song about her supposed duet with Hugh Jackman (but he had backed out) and was calling him all kinds of names. She even made reference to his Wolverine claws. It was actually pretty good.

Bale used his real voice. He's like Hugh Laurie in that he acts with an American voice but in reality doesn't have one, so it's a little weird hearing thier real voice. He actually made a funny about his rants by stating he wouldn't use the F-word since Melissa Leo had apparaently used it during her acceptance speech for Supporting Actress.

I liked when Billy Crystal came out and said "so, where was I?".

I watched the whole thing, this might be the first year I did.

My daughter’s boyfriends little sister was in the choir from Staten Island, she looked so cute on stage singing her heart out!
