I have 2. One I wear regularly, one for yard work. When I get a new pair the regular ones become yard work ones and I toss the old yard work ones. Pretty simple.

I used to love Air Jordans, though...from 1985 through mid 90s when the repros from the 80s started to appear.

I have at least 12 pairs of sneakers - a mix of running, cross-train, casual, retro - and another 4 pairs of golf shoes. Add in my 4 pairs of dress shoes for work and I think I have waaaay too many shoes!

One I keep for casual dress.
second for working
third for lawn work.

As the working ones get bad they drop down to lawn etc

A friend of mine's son at one time owned 150 pairs of sneakers, some of them quite valuable and most of them new and never worn. His college room mate owned 60 and they had an entire room in their house with racks and racks of shoes.

yeah I had over 100 at one point, gave a a lot to my friends and family and sold some on ebay
