My high maintenance girlfriend has always wanted to go down to Baja to see the filming locations for "Hunter Prey" and check out the area. I've always told her that there was nowhere to plug in her hair dryer and no mirror in the house. Also explained to her that six inch heels would not work too well in that terrain. So, we got her a pair of hiking boots (an adventure in and of itself) and a baseball cap (it had to be pink), cut down her nails a bit and we headed South for what was going to the most interesting Valentine's Day ever...
Well, she actually did pretty good, believe it or not. She complained a lot and the first day was a little rough on her, but she actually came out on the boat with me when I went diving and came kayaking to catch a few fish. She even caught a bunch on her own! (on her pink fishing rod, of course).

Fun trip, all in all. I shot some nice grouper and snapper... We ate like the King and Queen...

Took her to some of the canyons where we shot the movie. That was her favorite part, I think. She kept pointing to different spots, saying; "Oh, I that was where..." Aside from coming home and taking her first hot shower in 4 days, I think that actually might have been the highlight of the trip for her. LOL!

And of course, there's nothing on this Earth quite like a Baja sunset. I've seen hundreds of them and they never get old. The last one always seems just as beautiful and intoxicating as the first...
