Found Mother Lode of toys in an attic today!!!

I went to an estate sale today to help the ladies out pricing toys, sports, and odd ball stuff. I do not buy and flip like I use to, so I use my knowledge of this stuff to get me in the door now and get the LSU stuff for my collection. They said they had already been in the attic but I noticed there was another attic pull down door in the carport. It was locked from the inside and they had never been up there. I crawl my big butt all the way across the attic from inside to the carport attic. There sat some old furniture, smalls, and other stuff. In the back was six BIG boxes that read "Will's toys" on the side. He was born in 1958 and his brother was born in 1963.

In these six boxes, I found GI Joes, Dinky toys, Corgi, Johnny West, Redlines, Tonkas, Japanese tin toys and a Japanese toy robot (mint). One of the Dinky toys is a $1200 Avro Jet.

I did offer her $600 for the six boxes (I didn't know the Avro was worth that much).

There was one action figure I did not recognize. He is from 1969 by Hasbro, a little bigger than GI Joe. He is blue with a silver backpack and space helmet. Any ideas?

Something else in the boxes were two horses a little bigger in scale that GI Joe. They had removable armor. There was armor for a knight as well, but no figure. I could not find any markings on the horses.

I thought is was Marx Knights, but I did not see the Marx logo on the horses. When I say a ton of toys, I am talking 30+ Dinkys, corgi, and Redline Hot Wheels, 4 Joes with 20+ parts and pieces, a mint 1960's Mighty Tonka (was not in the boxes), 10+ tin Japanese windup/friction toys, and just a ton of odds and ends of stuff.

                  It felt like Christmas morning.

There should be a small marx logo on the right flank (I think)... I would think it would feel like about six chirstmas mornings!!!!!!

I cannot find the Japanese robot. He is battery operated, Plastic, about 10" tall, blue, dome-top (kind of shaped like R2D2, but more round).

I am glad the ladies were not offended by foul language, because when I opened the first box (I was still in the attic), they said I was cussing like a sailor (in a good way). Holy S@@@, and other colorful adjectives were coming out my mouth. I didn't realize it, they were laughing.

She is thinking about it. The sale is next week and she still has a ton of stuff to price. It will take a week just to clean and price these toys. I did call her and tell her about the Dinky Avro jet value.

My offer may go to $1000 because of the jet. This exact same jet just sold for $1280 on eBay last week.

She knows she will not get $1000 for these toys at the sale. This is the same lady that I priced those small joes a few years ago for $1300, not a single thing sold, I bought for $650 and resold for $3000+.

Actually, I have not scored anything yet, and if I don't get it, it was not meant to be, but just being the one finding this stuff was great in itself. The ladies were not planning on going into the attic (they thought it was nailed shut). The new owners of the house when it sells, maybe the only people who lose out. Imaging buying a house and finding this stuff in the attic?
