TXfett - there is a comic show being hosted by the same folks in SA the following Sunday. I spoke with the show promoter today and he told me they do quarterly shows in the area - toys and comics. I hadn't really heard of this before, but apparently it has been going on for some time.

Still not sure if I am going to invest in a table, but I am definitely going to go by the show to see how it looks. I'll make sure to wear my MegoMuseum shirt sos anyone who comes by can find me.

Well, I bit the bullet and got a table and it has been sllllooooooow. Rats.
Had some nice chatting, but I will be (re)packing my boxes in about an hour and they are not much lighter. I did cover my table cost, but not much over that.

It was kind of fun to see a fellow who came in with a suitcase of GI Joe RAH carded figures that he picked up from his recently departed relative sell them for 20 a pop. He also sold a Luke Stormtrooper from POTF for 20. Seriously ratty card. Water damage, so yellow you could almost not see through the bubble, crushed bubble. But the figure looked uniform in color (at least as much as you could tell through that blister). If I had made some sales earlier, I would have picked that up. Ah well.

Bring on some BBP news, 'cos there ain't nothin' happening here.
