Doesn't say if starred or written but written would be Blazing Saddles. That was definitely Pryor all over it and in IMO it would have been interesting to see RP in that role.
As for movie I'd say Silver Streak, Brewster's Millions, The Toy, The Wiz.

I haven't seen it in it's entirety since I was a kid to be honest, but I recently saw this scene and it still cracks me up.
