    Sdcc 2011

    I got tickets today.

    The 4-day w/preview sold out last year at the 2010 show, as you all may know.

    The 4-day w/o preview sold out in just a few minutes as I fought my way through the TicketLeap site to try to order.

    Ended up having to claw my way back onto the registration site to buy 4 1-day passes for just myself... cost an extra $30, but by gum I got in...

    Who else is going?

          My family was set up to go last year, tickets and all, but we had to bail. Cant afford now. I am, however, going to try for the one in NYC.

              Looking VERY forward to Catra and The Faceless One...REALLY looking forward to Clawful though!

              Although I'm very new to the show, I'm also looking forward to the Dr. Who reveal....and ANYthing else from EMCE or BBP!

                                      The website says that no tix will be sold at the door. They also have some strong statements about scalping, even tho I'm certain that will happen.

                                      They have this announcement up on the site:

                                      "Thank you for your interest in Comic-Con 2011. All of our four-day and single-day badges are now gone.

                                      As refunds are processed, additional inventory may be released to the public at a later date.

                                      Thank you very much."

                                      I think there will be a lot of disappointed people out there...

                                          A buddy of mine said tickets went on sale at 11 CST and were sold out by 1. Is that for real?
