That was Kansas State, not Kansas.

However, you did whip our butts in the National Championship game.

    And we owe YOU one.

Not so much because of that game, but because Les Miles is the biggest sack of doodie to every don a team cap.

I live in Oklahoma City and our Sports Radio is blown away by the fact that KU's Football is ranked as high as KU's Basketball at this point and time.

I watched them tonight against OSU (who has no Defense) and I was impressed by the way their Defense handled that high-powered Offense at home.

By the way, we love Mark Mangino and if we all weren't on a collision course, it would be even more exciting.

You guys just gotta get by Mizzou and it will be KU's first shot at a Big XII title. That alone is impressive enough.

We already had it once this year for two weeks before Kentucky took it from us. Now we have Ole Miss (pretty easy win) and ARK (Gonna be a toughy), plus the SEC Championship.

Indeed. All props to KU for slapping around an OSU team that is tough to cream at home. They did it, though.

Provided they get by Mizzou, their match-up with Oklahoma for the Big Twelve title will be interesting, to say the least.

Folks around here still have "warm, fuzzy" feelings about Mark Mangino and love his success at Kansas, but we really want a shot at his undefeated team.

You're right...forgot about LSU for good reason.

While I respect LSU and would normally be a fan, I hate Les Miles with a passion.

LSU fans should be thankful they are a top-tier program. Otherwise, they would be subject to the same spiteful undermining he imposed on Oklahoma State (and I'm not a State fan, I just know how he screwed a lot of people on the way out). Totally classless. With a little effort, he would have been well-regarded when he left (Jimmy Johnson was), but MIles went out of his way to subvert that program.

The no love for Hawaii has something to do with their schedule. That's what happens when you play powerhouses like Charleston Southern, Idaho, New Mexico State, UNLV, San Jose State, Fresno State, and New Mexico State.

    Hawaii 45
    Louisiana Tech 44

    LSU 58
    Louisiana Tech 10

    Hawaii 52
Utah State 37 (The most points the winless Aggies have scored all year)

    Boise State 52
    Utah State 0

Boise State will end the speculation about Hawaii on November 23rd.
