The Redskins are and always will be my team but I do route for the Ravens but don't really get emotional over them. It was a great game, the Ravens had it and blew it which would have drove me crazy had it been the Skins but didn't create an enormous emotional reaction from me. I don't even know what to say about the Falcons. I never watched them and they kind of flew under the radar for me but watching them tonight....they were horrible but I do give the Packers appropriate props. This is when I go into routing for the underdogs. I would like to see Seattle go to Superbowl agains the Jets. Is it possible...yes...probable, no. The Pats are too good. I do think the Steelers have a chance...should be interesting. For now, I am routing for the Packers but if the Seahawks win tomorrow then that will be the team.

That actually would be great...the Hawks vs. G.B. for the Championship. Strange how certain teams just have a way of turning gears when the playoffs start while others fold. I kept listening to the Talking Heads discussing how G.B. has been in playoff mode for 4 weeks and the Falcons just coasted once they were in...that is just Horse S. G.B. is just the better team. The thing that is driving me crazy in the NFC is that the Redskins beat Green Bay, beat Chicago, and Philly in one of the two meetings, plus was just one game short of the same record as Seattle lost 3 or 4 games by my memory from some stupid last minute mistake and could have won a couple others had they not folded....I guess that's football and what drives us all crazy this time of year.

Just about any combination at this point will be classic. Steelers/Bears or Jets/Packers would be the most interesting. But since I said those, it won't happen.
