I don't think the show has really been promoted too much but found it last night as I was poking around TV on Demand and trying to watch the last episdode of "Alaska Gold Rush". It is following a small but somewhat well known microbrewery (I'm not sure I would call it micro at this point) called Dogfish Head brewery located in Delaware. Apparently, they bottle about 6,000 cases of beer a day and according to the show, it is producing at full capacity. The interesting part of the show is the founder isn't afraid to go completely outside of the box and experiment with all kinds of different flavors and even using recipes that are thousands of years old. I don't think the show will be able to last more than a season but it is pretty interesting and informative.
