Fortunately, my wife and I are off until the 3rd of January.

The weather reports are saying that the heaviest band of snow will be in the 5 boroughs itself. Now they are calling for up to 20 inches with 50 + MPH winds.

Glad I'll be home.

Stay safe and warm, folks. We've been lucky so far, there have been bad snow storms just north, south and west of us over this past month, but we've been spared so far. But it's still a long time until spring, so odds are we will get clobbered too eventually.

Heard that - snow started falling in my neck of the woods around 10 AM Sunday, and it's been snowing ever since. Everything's buried. It's supposed to stop sometime this morning, then the digging out begins.

HATE snow!
