I know nothing about wrestling these days and the old guy who works on mustangs for me is coming over for Xmas with his grand kid 10 maybe, Any way he loves wrestling, what would be the think to get, thats still maybe on the shelves?

Jakks Pacific has some cool TNA toys including Hulk Hogan
Infinite Hollywood: TNA Wrestling Hulk Hogan Figure Review

They run about $9 and feature loads of articulation. Toys R Us has a exclusive Hulk Hogan ring, which comes with Hogan, Sting and the ring for $30. If you have a Walgreens around you, they sell also the basic TNA figures (Less articulation) for 3 for $15 or buy one get one, depending on the promotion in your area. Great way to pick up a few characters. Popular characters include AJ Styles, Sting, Hogan, Hernandez, Abyss and Kurt Angle.

Otherwise Mattel makes WWE figures now. They run about $7.50-$10 in most stores for the basics and $15 & up for the deluxe. Popular characters to get would be John Cena, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Sheamus and The Miz.

If you're looking to spend a little more, K-Mart has an exclusive set for about $40-$50 that's a ring, steel cage and two figures (Orton and Cena) that any kid would love for Christmas.

yeah it's for the regular figures, but i'd stick to the WWE line, the TNA one looks cheap to me

I'm a fan of the Jakks 3 3/4inch guys. Most Toys R Us's still have the WWE guys available, and now they have some UFC guys in that same scale.

If he's a kid, stick with WWE.
