I am not sure if this is a joke or not? I am a recovering alcholic and drug addict with over 18 yr clean and I cant see how this is a good thing. If you trully have a problem, I suggest total abstanance. Anyone who trully cares about your well being should not make light of this either.

The part where you were at the bottom of the stairs crying was not a good sign...in my personal opinion...you should skip the white wine as well.
