so close on another holy grail! but all is not lost

TA TA TURBOMAN! Man so close, I had only heard about this figure and never really saw one for sale, I always wanted it though...one cause of it's rarity and two cause it's one of my all time favorite films....That's right "Jingle all the way"

Someone posted the super rare DEMENTOR!! on ebay....after our trip to Disney and buying x-mas presents i really could'nt afford him, but had i known it was only going to go for that I would've sold something
Jingle all the Way Prop Dementor - Turboman - eBay (item 260704098440 end time Dec-13-10 02:48:18 PST)

I did however get lucky and was able to get the next best thing, something i never even knew existed! the smaller version, I put in a bid and went to bed and when i woke up I saw i won him!!

It's TURBO TIME!!!! I love Jingle all the way one of my Fav christmas movies. I did see the Turbo man figure for sale when the movie was out.

but it would have been cool if they made the movie figures. Sinbad's character in the movie is beyond funny!

Nice Pick up. Dementor in the movie was played by Richard Moll (of night court fame). then Sinbad wears the costume later in the movie.

It's one of those movies I KNOW my wife won't watch, but Sinbad is hilarious..!!

The ONLY thing I don't like about it is I wish they would have given Bob Conrad a more substantial part instead of just doing pratfalls.. After 'Wild West' and all his other great television roles, he's almost treated like Wile E. Coyote here..

Otherwise, excellent movie!! One of my Favorites.
                Peace.. Through Superior Firepower.

Yeah but that is the whole Joke we all grew up with his tough guy image remember the battery commercial with his I dare you to knock it off....

I think Conrad wanted people to see his funny side.....

Sinbad rules in this movie he's just so perfect in that role!

i love obscure toys, and I really like large toys. So 14" Dementor certainly fits that bill. I don't like it $400 tho, so I don't think I'll be adding this to my collection any time soon. Any better pictures of him? looks a lil like Kamen Rider to me.

Congrats on your mini grail. I didn't even know about the smaller ones. Way cool.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
