My roommate just told me about this new documentary called "Marwencol". It's about Mark Hogancamp who was beaten to near death, and suffered brain damage that destroyed most of his memory. He roll plays with dolls as a form of therapy. He also takes photos of them.

I missed it when it played locally here at SIFF and have it on my netflix queue when it comes out.
I highly recommend this documentary.

I saw this film at the Melbourne International Film Festival and can thoroughly recommend it. A well made documentary about an interesting person.

Argh! no Netflix in Australia. Well in this case I've seen this film before some of you folks in North America. It does happen... occasionally.
