    The Getty Musuem with Rosie

Something cool and free to do in LA for those who are financially challenged. Beautiful place with amazing exhibits. There was a photo collection of wounded vets in Iraq, that was simply jaw dropping. Great sculpture and paintings and awesome flower gardens and outdoor verandas to eat the lunch we brought. Just an awesome day with the loveliest, Latina lady in the land.

Why are you so mad at those stautes?

Ah, seeing these photos makes feel like I gotta give up this NYC life and head out west for some sunshine.

Ahh yes! The Getty. I miss that place. Never have time to visit when I'm in L.A. But loved going there when I lived there. T
hat place and the Huntington Library out in San Marino/Pasadena. Cool free places to visit.

The Getty Villa in Malibu is another great treat, and a bit more off the beaten path. As far as Oil Baron's go, he certainly left the best legacy.

Great pics Sandy. I went to that location with the wife a while back. The place is huge; you could spend the entire day there. Still need to make it out to the Malibu one.
